Real workflows,
not generic chat

Every department gets the same copilot — but each one gets agents built for its actual work. Here's what Ale-X does for Finance, Procurement, Sales, and HR.

01Finance & Accounts Payable

Invoices that process themselves — almost

Invoice PDFExtract & validateMatch to POYou confirmPosted to SAP

A vendor invoice arrives as a PDF. Ale-X reads every header field and line item, resolves the correct tax codes (CGST/SGST/IGST splits, RCM, VAT), matches each line against the purchase order in SAP, and prepares the MIRO or FB60 posting. Anything that doesn't reconcile is flagged for a human — nothing is posted without confirmation.

On top of processing, finance teams get live accounts payable and bank reconciliation dashboards, plus a finance-analyst agent that reads annual reports and delivers CFO-grade written analysis by email.

Key capabilities
  • Three-way thinking built inInvoice, PO, and goods receipt reconciled line by line before posting.
  • Non-PO invoices tooFB60 direct postings with GL account validation and fiscal-period checks.
  • AP & bank rec dashboardsOpen items, aging, and reconciliation status — live, not month-end.
02Procurement

Procure-to-pay, without the swivel chair

Ask in chatPR createdQuote → POGRN recorded

Raising a purchase requisition becomes a conversation: tell Ale-X what you need, and it collects the material, plant, quantity, and delivery date — looking up material numbers for you when all you have is a description. It previews the PR and creates it in S/4HANA when you confirm.

Supplier quotations are read straight from the PDF and converted into purchase orders. Goods receipt notes are recorded against the right PO lines. And PR/PO dashboards show cycle times, open requisitions, and vendor performance in real time.

Key capabilities
  • Conversational PR creationMaterial lookup, validation, preview, confirm — all in the chat thread.
  • Documents become transactionsQuotations and GRNs extracted from PDFs and posted against the correct POs.
  • PR & PO analyticsLive KPIs on requisition-to-order cycle time and open commitments.
03Sales & Order-to-Cash

From customer document to sales order

Inquiry / PO inMaterials matchedQuote / SO createdTracked live

Customer inquiries and purchase orders arrive as free text and PDFs. Ale-X extracts the request, matches each item to your material master — even when the customer's description doesn't match your SKU names — and creates the inquiry, quotation, or sales order in SAP.

Sales teams also get conversational access to live order data: status, blocks, delivery dates, top customers, overdue lines — asked in Teams, answered from S/4HANA, with a sales KPI dashboard for the wider picture.

Key capabilities
  • Fuzzy material matchingCustomer wording mapped to the right material number automatically.
  • Full O2C document chainInquiry → quotation → sales order, created and linked in SAP.
  • Sales analytics on demandOrder values, blocked orders, delivery performance, top materials — live.
04HR & Employee Self-Service

HR answers without the HR queue

Because it's the same Ale-X underneath, HR data can be combined with the rest of the business when roles permit — headcount against cost centers, leave patterns against project timelines.
